Frequently Asked Questions

Where are you based and how far will you travel?

We are based in Ballwin, MO and will travel approximately 25 miles- give or take. Because of COVID, we are keeping things more local this year.

What is needed to book?

A 50% deposit will be required to book your date. Since our seasons book in advance, it's hard to fill late cancellations, so unfortunately, cancellations made within 60 days of your event will not be refunded. 

What do you require for setup?

Our trailer requires enough room to park, and there must be plenty of room for both the truck and the trailer to pull through and/or turn around. Flat ground for setup and service is preferred as well as access for setup and break down and dedicated 110v power. For an additional fee, we can provide our own power to be completely "off-the-grid".

What are the dimensions of the trailer?

Our trailer is 10 feet long, 6 feet wide and 7 1/2 feet tall.  We will be happy to work with your venue to work out placement and parking.

What happens if it rains or there is bad weather?

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate rain dates. The host is responsible for tent cover of the bar in the event of inclement weather. We are happy to work with your tent vendor to find the appropriate sized tent for our trailer at your event.

Do you carry insurance?

Absolutely. We carry General Liability insurance as well as Liquor Liability insurance to protect our hosts and guests in the event of an unforeseen circumstance. If you or one of your vendors needs a copy of our policy, please feel free to ask.
